“Corporate Buyout ruined our business!”

Pros – Great colleagues and atmosphere in the workplace
Cons – Micro-management, obsession with bottom line and margin dollars
Advice to Senior Management – Corporate buyouts do not mean that management styles should change. Stand up for your sales people and respect them.
