    Pros

Wonderful co-workers state wide, Vision Statement is somethng to live and work by within you everyday job, a knowledge that you can ask questions whenever necessary - encouraged to do so, opportunities for advancement and even further with degrees.

    Cons

Some people that work for the company who are unhappy (who are generally the lasy ones) try and bring you down and drag you in their bashing of what most people who work here think is a WONDERFUL company. As a coordinator - getting things done that you have to get done while everyone else needs help or advise in their own positions.

    Advice to Management

SUCH wonderful CEO/OWNERSHIP, a feeling of belonging to a family, such a wonderful organization! Most get the feeling of being a part of the bigger picture which is a huge bonus!
