    Good to work here for couple of years but not much prospects in long term..

    ProsGood company playing in some niche domains of networking
    Lots of learning opportunities in networking, systems and security
    Creates products for some well known organizations in consumer networking market
    Freshers are given many opportunities, so responsibility grows quickly

    ConsThere are some unconventional workplace rules and they justify it being a small organization
    Mandatory service agreement for 2 or 3 years which creates a bitterness among most employees causing high attrition rate after the term
    There is a lack of attention to detail in many projects

    No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Very aggressive company goals

    ProsMost of the peers are from not-so-great colleges and training centers. So, it is very easy to excel in team to get in to good position.

    Cons1. Company goals are aggressive to an extent that the pressure becomes intolerable to employees.
    2. No ethical values, No respect for the Law. I am saying this for following reasons:
        a. My certificates were taken from me and were kept with them through out my employment period.
        b. I was threatened to work for more than 14hrs a day.
        c. I was threatened to work for more than 6 hours straight with out break
        d. I was threatened that i would be fired if i don't obey.
    e. I was subjected to mental torture in conference room.

    Advice to Senior ManagementPlease stop exploiting freshers.

    Bad palce to work

    Proswork in some teams is good rest everything is bad.

    Consno work life balance, late working is so common, impossible to complete deadlines,
    hard work is never appreciated,
    employees are treated as resources,
    fault finding approach by management rather that fault correction,
    hardware issue is always there much of the time u keep looking for the hardware u need for your work, systems are very poorly equipped with hardware,
    high attiration rate.

    Biggest mistake to join this Company

    Pros1. Competent Package
    2. Good Teammates

    Cons1. No Process
    2. Feel like working in a shop
    3. Higher Management should get replaced asap
    4. VP's interference is untolerable.
    5. Bonds
    6. Terminated me even after i resigned
    7. No Job security
    8. Worst Place to work and i am saying this with comparison to other companies.
    9. I am still regretting the day i joined this company.

    Advice to Senior ManagementPlease be professional now and grow up.
    Stop playing with career of other people.
    No Body is your slave and everybody has a right to leave your company

    Performance oriented rewards.
    Direct access to management.
    Lot to learn.
    Your growth depends upon how much you can take on.
    Very good environment and employee friendly policies.
    Technical challenges, great technology, friendly people, innovation leader, autonomy in work matters. Overall, not a bad place at all, would recommend.
    Many talented and friendly employees.

    ConsVery aggressive company goals.
    Not the best but market fair compensation.
    Need to change the retention policy.

    Ok to join this company

    Software Engineer (Current Employee)

    ProsFreshers are given an opportunity to work on real time projects.

    Good salaries for freshers.

    Nice environment to work, no politics.

    Loyalty is rewarded.

    ConsCompany tries to stop misuse of some to the facilities which is causing inconvenience to other employees.

    Often non performing employees try to disturb other employees, management has to deal with this situation.

    Need to be more friendly with the employees.

    Can make it a better work place.

    One of the best technology company

    ProsPlenty of opportunities to expand experience, learn new technologies. good level of collaboration among teams.

    Great products, lots of good people, good partner network in the industry, ok pay, generally supportive environment

    Employees have easy access to leads, managers.

    ConsThe work is stressful. It is not easy to get the good result.

    No work life balance.

    dichotomous behavior of management towards employees

    Prosgood corporate infrastructure, easy access to management for junior employees, exposure on variety of security and networking components

    ConsVP has dichotomous views about "productive employees" and "normal employees". While normal employees suffer from VP's ridiculous rules, "productive employees" enjoy privileges in every aspect starting from food/transport to onsite working chance. This is good for the "productive employees" but what about other senior managers who have been in the company for so long? They also deserve onsite chance.

    Advice to Senior ManagementIf you relocate juniors to US and not senior employees, they will be your worst mistake

    Some managers not paid well

    Pros1. Lot of opportunities to develop manager skills.
    2. Need not be technically good to be manager.
    3. Management shows lot of confidence even in below average people.

    Cons1. Some managers not paid good. Even hikes not up to expectation even though manager productivity is good.
    2. Some managers take care of multiple teams and still low pay. Some other managers paid good due to just seniority.
    3. Some people working late and doing proper sync up with dev team for disposition plans. Still management negotiate a lot during giving hikes to them.
    4. Lot of projects and not enough testing people.
    5. Sometimes managers blamed for not testing properly even though less people and not enough time given to test.

    Advice to Senior ManagementPlease give proper recognition to hard workers and give them good hikes to ensure productivity increase. Please get more people in Quality Testing team.
