Cons – Chaotic work around deadlines,
Change in priorities,
Difficult clients and parteners

I have been working at Teamnet full-time for more than a year
Pros – A lot of free time or too much work,depends on the project.Unprofessional devs and PM.Chaotic work.
Cons – They fired over night like 100 people,forced them to sign their own resignattion.Unskilled workers (some of them ).Chaos on their projects and tight deadline.A lot of work over the schedule but no pay for that.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

I worked at Teamnet as an intern for less than a year
Pros – young coleagues that are easy to talk to and fun to be around
opportunities to learn a lot about different processes concerning the projects you are working on
Cons – it may prove difficult to mantain interest if all your work consists in editing documents and there isn't enough time to spend with the client understanding his demands of the product

Pros – Salaries a bit above the city's average
Cons – Unprofessional treatment from certain colleagues and bosses
Grey payment (i.e.: not completely legal)
Promotes bad practices
Advice to Senior Management – Reconsider the whole company culture
