Good company, but really a product company, not a services company

Vice President - Professional Services (Former Employee) Beverly, MA

ProsGood pay, excellent employees, good products

ConsSometimes there's a disconnect between what their goal are for the company, and what they're wiling to commit to in order to realize their goals. Other than that, it is a very good place to work.

Advice to Senior ManagementWork to bring your hallmark software into the 21st century, especially the UI and how it interacts with the latest Notes/Domino versions. Creating new software is good, but time should be spent on the foundation software as well.

    Great small stable employeer

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Beverly, MA

ProsTeamstudio is a great small company to work for. Nigel is in tune with the need of the company and the customers it serves. The benefits packages are always improving as they find ways to make them better for the employees. The office environment is appropriately segregated so that the different teams can work undisturbed.

ConsIt's hard to be critical of Teamstudio, it was very much a good company to work for. There are just limited paths for advancement in such a small stable company.

Advice to Senior ManagementDon't forget that the entire company is not sales.
