“Nice Small Company”
Former Employee – worked at Tec Inc
Pros – - Great place to start a career
- Lots of knowledgeable senior management
- Great people to work with
- Management listens to engineers and drafters for better ways to run the company
Cons – - Little company, that has the resources to match
- Little promotion growth, the management is still fairly young.
- Lots of work for a short staff means a lot of unpaid overtime.
Advice to Senior Management – Let the staff know how they are doing in their work more often then in the yearly review. If you say you pay overtime quarterly, pay it quarterly.
