Unhealthy work environment, infested by diseased (in form of negative, capitalist, ill mannered) senior authority

    Software Engineer (Former Employee)

ProsTraining..only because a sub set of employees who have moved from other organizations to this organization are at par in skills, are lending the helping hand.

    Cons-Poor salary
-> When I had to join and the HR was bargaining over the salary, all he could say was "This is TechM, not some dream company where you are asking for this salary. This is the standard of this company". (due to financial obligations I had to join so I did)

-Ethically/ Morally/ Behaviorally challenged employees (the senior employees and the management staff for some accounts)
-> Few people who have been in one project for long speak in such harsh tone. I was shattered on few days and literally depressed. Took this point to senior level --> was released from the project but no apology from the miscreants --> I decided to move on and focus on new project but did not find it futuristic enough--> finally I gave up my fear of obstacles(financial and mental) and I resigned --> and since then had been facing comments like "Oops so immature/ futile attempt/ will see who faces what/ not employable/ don't deserve a salary

Advice to Senior ManagementResign and never get employed anywhere because you are and will be a black mark in many of the junior level employees.
    OR
Go back to school and join some Value Education classes.

Only if the CEO had been more concerned about his employees' mental health rather than writing unnecessary blogs which people don't even look at; he would be an ideal role model. With such neutral/negligent attitude from his end I don't even have an opinion of him(forget the good or the bad) since he had been a NOBODY..

It's good to work if you got a good compensation and project

Network Administrator II (Former Employee) Pune (India)

ProsThey will pay you good when got hired.
Work-life balance is good but depends on the project.

ConsLittle scope to learn new things or hard to groom.
Variable pay is between 60%to 70 % and never be around 100%

Advice to Senior ManagementGroom the resources who deserve.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
