Management sitting in kolkata....specially for them.... Please adhere to professional attitude and don't take professional issues personally and revenge attitude.

The Cons mentioned by me above are genuine ones and would be common for most of your employees. Please fulfill them to make TechM a great place to work for.
Pros
Good for one who wants to expertise on telecom domain,
Good to get long term onsite opportunies, provided you should be smart to push your profile.
Cons
Company's Client become your boss in your day to day activites.
HR department is not at all emloyee friendly.
No transperency in appraisal.
Appraisal results and hikes are always delayed and posponed for atleast two months.
Loses good resource because of poor motivaton to work.

Managment should be better plans for employee retention.

Technical growth is good as they throw a lot of technical stuff at you even at the starting of your career because they don't to hire highly paid people required for that work.

Everything other is cons for me.

Don't play with the patience of the working staff. Good them atleast some thing to cheer about once in a while.
