Care for employee.
Supports your location preferance

Salaries are not good.
Employees spending years in TechM never get their salary matched with the market rate. Instead new joines get good compansation for the same grade.
Advice to Senior Management
Please do not relay much on Itpiens. People are absconded and it hampers the project work. Please provide proper compansation to old employees.

Pros
Telecom sector focus is the only reason, why one should think of working at this firm. The energy and spirit prevalent 3 years back is lost and now everyone is just working to protect their position with no interest in developing the company or growing the business any further.
Cons
Politics, self promotion, bad HR policies, management team which is not motivated and not interested in either the employee or customer satisfaction.
Advice to Senior Management
Revamp HR, mean what you communicate and focus on business growth. Get back the energy and spirit of 2007 TechM and retain the small company culture that helped you grow so fast.

Practices and methodologies, good way to learn IT processes. If you put your efforts you are guaranteed to get rewards.

Promotions and onsite opportunities take long unless you show your desperation by all means

Need to learn to identify people who really work hard from ones who just pretend to work hard by staying in office for long hours

All in the hands of managers.No need for technical skills;Be friendly with managers,any work(promotion,on-site opportunity, sal hike,leaves) is done for you.

For everything; policies are there but no one follows them.
No fair policy. No employee feedback.
No transparency.No value for experienced people.
No recognition of talent.All in hands of middle level management and managers.More politics.
And the Mumabi location is horrible for working.
Bangalore location is better.

Recognize correct talent.Make fair policies and follow them.

- Good place to work provided if you enjoy Telecom
- Ample of opportunities and varying responsibilies
- Very good knowledge base
- Some real telecom experts serving the company.
Cons
- Typical indian firm with certain processes operated like govt organisation especially Infra, Admin etc
- No sensible compensation figure. Employees working with same experience might have a salary different 3 Lacs
- Politics played as usual
- Company gives more preferance to locations like Pune, Noida. hence opportunities further deter in cities like Mumbai, bangalore etc
- Every new initiative in Tech M is linked with P2P (variable pay).
Advice to Senior Management
- Time for change of leadership. Earlier they understand, better will be the future.
