Pros
They give chance to freshers.
Shift allowance is good for TG grades.
One can get movement to other locations easily within India
Onsite opportunities are ample
Cons
Onsite opportunities only for lucky few, one who goes onsite once get to travel again and again. So for first timers it is difficult.
The compensation is not as per market standards.
Good place to start as fresher but moneywise no.
Lot of office politics in promotions and appraisals.
Advice to Senior Management
Middle management is bad. Higher managemnet is good and should work on getting good resources into middle management

They are aware of the current scenario but seems not to heed to our advices.
Pros
Some good profiles to work on.
One may get onsite opportunities if landed in good profiles.
Internal trainings cover variety of technical and behavioral topics.
Cons
Inefficient and political higher management, or less interactive.
Inefficient support functions (like HR,RMG,Admin etc)
Lots of odd timings to work in.
TechM's value "customer first" really ignores employees.
Advice to Senior Management
The bosses should interact frequently to the employees.
The employee feedbacks should be taken seriously.
An employee should not feel left alone just to finish work in strict timelines, should have a sense of moral support from management.
Pros
Exposure to a product company. Very good work being done. Better than other project of tech m in terms of programming skills required and domain knowledge.
Cons
The take over of by tech M was a good thing but tech m hasnt shown much interest in ipolicy. So the profits don't seem to be very good for ipolicy.

Please pay attention to Ipolicy in tems of marketing.

To get knowledge,good workplace,good management there in techmahindra and if you really want to do good work on emrging technologies then join tchmahindra.it is growing day by day ..
Cons
Food is worst in Techmahindra which is for employees,and the guys who are working in night shifts ask them .some times there is not a single snack in the cafeteria in the night.that time it is like a HELL working there.

Skilled persons should get their right place and don't use a skilled guy just as a resource.
