Pros
Good exposure to contract management and client interaction.
Cons
Pune office gets more onsite and more promotions.
Advice to Senior Management
Promotion criteria be more clear

They give chance to freshers.
Shift allowance is good for TG grades.
One can get movement to other locations easily within India
Onsite opportunities are ample
Cons
Onsite opportunities only for lucky few, one who goes onsite once get to travel again and again. So for first timers it is difficult.
The compensation is not as per market standards.
Good place to start as fresher but moneywise no.
Lot of office politics in promotions and appraisals.
Advice to Senior Management
Middle management is bad. Higher managemnet is good and should work on getting good resources into middle management

Please be professional, care for your work environment, your project.. Its just that if you get an onsite, you should not loose attention towards your work.

It gives you the space and freedom to evolve as professional and is very supportive in providing the respective training .

The downside of working with Tech Mahindra is that the daily facilities like parking,etc. are not very organized.although measures are taken which are insufficient.

The management should focus on the emerging markets of global economy and also work in a direction to enhance the skill set of its employees bringing them at par with employes of developed nations.

-appraisals system and compensation (not sure how thy do analysis with peers) to be improved
-need to have good Sales/BD team.. current lot is hopeless
