    Pros

    Benefits are fairly good, but what makes it better is that they pay 100% of the cost of the benefits. I then cover deductibles, co-pays, etc. Good company with more of an entrepreneurial feel to it.

    Cons

    Communication when you are out in the field is terrible. Decisions are made and policies get changed without notification to the employee. Field employees feel more like sub-contractors rather than employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Do a better job of communicating with your employees, especially those out in the trenches, because they are the ones making the money for you!

    Pros

    Management is good at motivating employees and making them feel comfortable. The average age at this company is young, so college graduates will feel at home. Benefits are very good.

    Cons

    Compensation (salary) is below market value and some of the management can be patronizing. Some good employees have left the firm.

    Increase meritocracy and decrease nepotism.

    People first. Start-up freeing entreprenourialism. Good internal network.
    Bring back the old fashioned way to deliver professional services

    Not well structured with some lack in communication at group level.
    New in USA, salary may be a little lower than average

    Pros

    Good managment, good transparency, very low importance to the hierarchy, good spirit of collaboration. If you want to do more, you will get more.

    Cons

    It's supposed you work a lot. Too many people arrive from outside the company and take managerial positions, instead of long-term employees

    Increases meritocracy, do not be afraid to create internal conflicts, improve communication with employees, ask the opinion of all employees with frequent anonymous surveys
