I have been working at Technical Resource Group full-time

Teach you how to sell a position to candidates. Good work environment. Great place to start learning about careers in sales. Tough but worth the time and effort. Extra effort = extra money in your pocket. Starting salary is not what you actually earn. Commission is good.

Pressure to sell positions and make calls. If you aren't prepared for a sales job, it won't be a fit.

    Advice to Management

Try to bring in some smaller clients. Working with VMS can be frustrating and lack feedback about candidates.

Absolutely positively nothing positive to say!

Everything! The corporate operations are extremely poor in look, feel and purpose first off. The "client" that they have are non-existent and the expectation is that you build a book of business and bring it in house for everyone to share and be compensated poorly for your efforts!! No brand equity in the marketplace! Advice to candidate: If a recruiter introduces themselves as a TRG employee/recruiter RUN!!!!!!!

    Advice to Management

Focus on your primarily location in Dallas if that one is operating efficiently because Atlanta is terrible!!
