    They offer a true work-life balance experience with flexible work hours and provide cross training opportunities other areas of the company as well.

    Technip employs people from variety of cultures so one get good interaction. Everyone enjoys that.

    There are limited growth opportunities across the board. Sometimes, there are feelings that it is available to selective group.

    EXTREMELY Terrible terrible terrible terrible management.

    Pay attention to what your managers are going. They are extremely unethical.

    The overall projects and benefits offered by the company are some of the best I've seen in the industry.

    Used to very strong in offshore, pipeline. now a little bit focus on downstream, refinery. Good working environment
     and friendly co worker relationship.

    Cons

    lay off people quite often. not very good in small consulting studies.
