Career development, attention to employee
Pros
Moderate attitude of managemnt for pursuing self improvement trainings etc. Flexible on reporting hours at office. dont bother much on weekends / off days. Part of TECHNIP Group.
Cons
Very little to gain in a Very unprofessional environment. Highest & Senior Management just looks for scapegoats when things go wrong and are incapable of leading from the front and taking ownership of even the basic decisions esp. Technical.
Advice to Senior Management
Its time to get some really deserving professionals in the company and further ..... start listening to their advises on key matters even if it means - lokking like dumb fools infront of them. Atleast the company can survive and you can be paid... regards

Cons
Too big engineering company and too specific
Pros
There are several good people to work with. I hear a lot of talk and very little action.
Cons
Technip is a big company. There is an inside circle. If you are not in that circle of power your contribution to the team is very limited.
Advice to Senior Management
I think for Technip to grow the company need a larger core team. Technip is a low-ball type company. I would choose quality and safety over the lowest price approach. In my opinion Technip will commit about 80% of resources and time. A few more dollars and time then you would have a 'Top Shelf" company.
Pros
Good internship experience in terms of networking opportunities and orientation program. However, upper management wasted their resources by not utilizing interns to their maximum potential.
Cons
Management don't do a very good job of keeping interns motivated. Should create a more structured training program that will help attract bright interns.
Advice to Senior Management
Develop a more structured internship program with rotational training. Create a feedback process which allows interns to pinpoint areas of improvement.

Quite challenger, big opportunity to start the career as a engineer. Technip ís a company to engineers and senior management by engineers.
Cons
Sallaries may be better than the current situation. Improve the decision making speed and a litlle bit better transparency in the decisions.
