ProsCompany culture is the best among the companies I have worked so far. Family and work life balance is highly valued, and the medical benefits are the best that I have seen in this industry.

ConsLimited job growth. Company growth exploded between 2012-2013.

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

I have been working at Technip USA full-time

ProsGreat atmosphere at work, nice and competent people, lots of project

ConsCheap upper management, lower salary than competition

Advice to Senior Managementdont be so cheap, cutting cost where it is easy will not help significantly your financial situation but just make your employee go away. Reason ppl stay @ technip even though they could get better pay at the competitor is because of the great atmosphere and little things, if you cut that down, you are not more attractive than anybody else
