    Very good work place, friendly coworkers, sharp workers that are willing to help each other, and management that trains employees to be the best!

    work has dropped off because of oil prices...thus laying off workers

    HR department is helpful, managers are friendly and there was a great sense of camaraderie.

    Cons

    Due to the decline in oil prices, there have been lots of layoffs and opportunities are limited.

    Advice to Management

    Although my manager was very helpful and friendly, the teamwork between managers could be better.

    Pros

    Pay wasn't bad. Worked on many different systems. Mostly good work environment surrounded by happy people.

    Cons

    Limited budget for everything IT. No investment in staff or systems for future. Constantly fixing problems. Too many employees were useless forcing those who were hard working to kill themselves to maintain company appreciation for IT systems.

    Advice to Management

    Invest in your staff. (the good ones) Invest in new solutions.

    project management are agents of the clients, can find yourself overworked

    train project management in negotiating with client for schedule and budget considerations
