    Pros

Competitive salary, Good Benifits and vacation plan

    Cons

Very Disorganized, Lacks processes and procedures, Management doesnt know whats happening within the organization, everyone acknowledges that there are issues but no one seems to be interested in resolving them

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Technip's management seriously needs to focus on their Onshore business unit and the way the projects are being executed in this business segment. In the last 4 months, i have seen numerious letters from the client to the project leadership team communicating their contineous dissatisfaction on the way the project team is executing the job. Iam not sure what rating they will get if they ever do a client satisfaction survey. They need to think thru the strategy and the execution plan before getting any job with special emphasis on the project schedule and deliverables. This was the first mega project that i had worked on where there was no CRITICAL PATH on the schedule, no RISK MANAGEMENT / IDENTIFICATION / MITIGATION plan was in place. The management had a hard time understanding the schedule so they stopped looking into it. Iam not sure if the top management is aware of these issues or not and frustration of the people who are woking on this project. Project leadership is busy in micro management instead of providing guidance to the team on critical issues. Work life balance is not good either with working 50 to 60 hours a week and management pushing employees to come at 5 am. Iam not sure about the other segments but my tenure at technip onshore made me believe that iam ended up at a terrible place to work.
