“Great for experience depending on client”
Former Employee – worked at Technisource as a contractor for more than 8 years
Pros – Depends on the client you are working for. Pay was good for the location.
Cons – Lack of employee development. They basically pay you and that is it. There was not much in the way of team building.
Advice to Senior Management – Focus on your people instead of the bottom line.
