    I have been working at Technology Services Group UK full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Market average salary (but only if negotiated at start as no real pay review afterwards)

    Cons

    No benefits. Lack of respect to staff. Very high turnover. Focus on the profit only and not on the customer.
    No career opportunities unless living in Newcastle (where the HO is)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    You need to look down at the people who work for you as otherwise before you realize there will be no one left...
    Also if you try to create an image of company with focus on customer, you should try to listen to the customers and check why there are so many moving away...

    I have been working at Technology Services Group UK full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Plenty of internal training, decent salary, good team spirit, and line managers that support and encourage you.
    Those that have the right attitude towards work, are self starters and want to get on WILL see career and salary progression.

    Cons

    Too many people (mostly from those that have come in through acquisition) seem to have unrealistic expectations and a poor work ethic. Luckily most of them have left or are leaving.

    The board and SMT need to trust middle and senior management to get the job done.

    Pros

    I worked at this place for sometime but cant honestly think of anything at TSG as positive.

    Cons

    Unrealistic targets, unsocial hours, very high staff turnover, very low pay, little or no training, unnecessary processes, poor quality of service, little or no benefits, and the list goes on.....

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I agree with the other reviewers here. I think they need to stop and think about their organisational strategies in place, review their business processes, re-think and re-organise their management structure, employ quality staffs and pay them well. In addition, be realistic when allocating work to employees and really look after their staffs.

    No progression, money will remain the same and too many people at management level.

    Pros

    You are left to your own devices most of the time due to the sheer volume of satellite offices.

    Cons

    No career progression.
    Pretend to have no money.
    Hard to get training from them.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop buying all the small companies and focus on staff development so you can provide a real customer experience through having employees with some really skills.

    over time when there is enough work
    hours are okay
    very easy work, no skills required, no education requires, very easy job

    Cons

    no benefits
    a lot of lay offs due to lack of work, very unstable work place
    disorganized work place and not comfortable work place

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    no room for advancement because of lack of training for staffs
    initial pay rate is what it will likely be
