Cons – 1. Staff is horrible and senseless.. they do not have any common sense..they are lazy and know nothing about the Immigration process..Staff sucks
2. No transparency
3. Middle men for this company senseless
4. Client squeezes the employees of Technosoft...as they have an agreement of paying only for 40 hours..Technosoft employees are made to work for at least 60 hours a week..but pays only for 40 hrs..
5.Total exploitation of the employees...

Advice to Senior Management – Change the Staff..hire some intelligent people to solve the employee problems..hire a good PR to communicate with employees..

Pros – * being small company, there are opportunities to grow.
* good pay compared to usual Level 5/MNC companies, depends on how you negotiate with HR
* semi flexible work environment; you can come and work any 8 hours during the day i.e. no specific time.

Cons – * being small and service based company, it doesn't have many large projects yet; so if you are into any small project, which gets finished in short time and you don't get another project; then, you may be asked to quit.

Pros – mid size company. you are visible to management. mostly all client managed projects.
just stic with client and do not have to worry about internal resources.

Cons – its pure body shopping business and no vision or missoin for the management.
As long as you are a revenue generator you dont have to worry about.
no process oriented and you will find many people in management who simply delegating work and enjoy their lives.

Advice to Senior Management – in each supporting department they have to find right people HR, IT ,Finance ,Sales and Management. They have redefine first from the scratch. These supporting group simple rule the company.
