Variety of positions available for those who like to relocate

Financially unstable so not sure where we will be in 5 years

Pros
There is an incredable amount of oppurtunity within TTI. There health insurance and free gas and vehicle are unbeatable!!
Cons
Work hours are difficult. They recently switched our schedule to tue-sat. Basically with no respect for our pesonal lives. And two days a week we are selling mitersaws in the isle of Home Depot, not the best use of a $65,000 dollar college education!!
Advice to Senior Management
You have a team of over 300 in the field give them more respect then a weekly email saying "Good Job Team." They drive such a high volume of sales everyday in your sores. Give them more credit!!!!
