Details
Pros
The company has an excellent family culture, as well as an environment of giving back to communities that it works in. Supports several large charities in very meaninful ways.
Cons
The culture does have a tendency to be resistant to change, since many employees are very long term employees who are used to do things a certain way. Can be frustrating for young professionals.
Advice to Senior Management
Just because something was the best approach 15 years ago, does not mean it is the approach now. Times are changing quickly.

Pros
The people in the company are relatively easy to work with and reasonable.
Cons
No training, No expectations, No one to tell you how things are done. Have to figure everything out by yourself. No recognition of good work, but anything bad is on your permanent record.
