    Pros

    1. Colleagues were friendly and nice people
    2. Efficient HR team
    3. Frequent activities organised to foster team building and boost staff morale

    Cons

    1. Increments are slow and very limited.
    2. Need to be sycophants to progress swiftly up the career ladder.
    3. Staff retention needs to be more aggressive to retain talent.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    1. Look at the potential of an individual rather than how much of a subservient slave an employee is for career advancement. A "yes man" does not necessarily mean he will be of any great help. A different perspective and opinion might be of much greater use at times.

    2. Some people can only sparkle at a certain level. Any higher and the disparity is so glaring, staff all around will wonder why and how one even makes it to the post except for the obvious fact that they are sycophants.
