    Life changing experiences!

Intake Coordinator (Former Employee) Boston, MA

ProsHelps you to help others. Turns lives around and builds a family of friends.

ConsCan become a hide out for those not willing to live in the world.

Advice to Senior ManagementConsider running a working house outside of the program, where residents can live and work in the world outside of Teen Challenge. That way they can practice being a light in a dark world, with the added help of being a part of the program and sharing their transitional issues.

    Rewarding yet exhausting work.

Support Staff (Former Employee) Tooele, UT

ProsSeeing the girls grow and change was encouraging and awesome. Spending the time mentoring them and teaching them also helped me grow.

ConsThe leadership needed some growth. There were numerous areas where there was a double-standard and it was obvious to the teens we worked with, it left support staff unable to fully enforce some rules.

Advice to Senior ManagementStick to the handbook! And pray so much, you're constantly under attack.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
