Pros – Benefits and salary are about what is offered at other companies
Free Parking
Nice location, little traffic to get here
Cons – Bad senior management - No idea how to develop pharmaceutical products
Nobody with any real power will listen to you or make changes
Advice to Senior Management – When you hire good people, you should consider listening to them when they tell you things and maybe even ask them their opinion
