    I worked at TekLink International full-time for more than 3 years


    Reasons you got to work here are they are flexible, great training provided for freshers.


    Employee benefits are not on par with industry. percentage of increments very less, lateral hires are not enpowered and are not given sufficient benefits to carry out their tasks(phone connection , internet). No transparency, don't value its employees and not an equal opportunity employer.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    HR cannot be blamed for attrition. Here its the management who is the culprit for attrition. No proper projects, no transparency they create parity in same experience employees. Try to retain good employees and give them recognition for the value they added to the organization. Streamline statutory requirements.
