    Pros

Company thinks like an industry leader and strive to stay one. This company does what it takes in a sense of innovation. They train their people, invest in R&D and listen to their clients.

    Cons

The industry is very competitive unfortunately. So there's is also a ton of office furniture manufacturer out there. Also, the industry is getting more complicated in terms of sales cycles and RFPs.

    Advice to Management

    Continue the good work.

    Pros

Flexible with work schedule as long as you complete your duties, not all managers micro manage and trust your work, benefits are good, lots of friendly and hard working co-workers who take pride in their work

    Cons

No communication between departments, handoff of work is met with resistance despite being on the same team, no team building activities are done nor really encourage, personality conflicts is not dealt by management on a consistent basis (and colleagues suffer), compensation is not based on merit

    Advice to Management

Compensate those who go above and beyond their job duties and excel in their role on a consistent basis

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee in Toronto, ON (Canada)
    Doesn't Recommend
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Not a stressful work environment. No negative consequences for bad performance. No overtime expected. Acceptable for projects to be delayed. You can “coast” here and it is tolerated

    Cons

Very low employee morale. Jobs functions are divided in a way making them too narrow focused, repetitive, and unchallenging. Weak Management, no clear vision, decisions typically made emotionally rather than logically. Very disorganized.

    Advice to Management

Fire “dead wood” employees that have a negative attitude, poor work ethic and are underperformers. Reward and frequently-openly recognize your employees’ efforts, especially the good performers. Provide feedback on company goals and solicit feedback. (The last 2 sentences rarely take place here).
