    Pros

    Flexible hours and decent wages.

    Cons

    All companies have to put their best interest as top priority but this company takes it to the extreme. As long as the company is benefiting everything is good, if not watch out. Since the company is a small company the insurance is priced high. It is so high that most of the employees cannot afford it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Since the merging of the two answering services the company is not the same. People were more inclined to help with open hours, changing their schedules to benefit the company or to cover for other employees before the upper management (one person in particular) took over. It is now managed without any feeling or one that is completely fake.
