I worked at Tel Aviv University full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Working with young people, fellow students, working for other students. Shared values. All departments touch on important issues.

    Cons

Can be inefficient at times... At peak periods with many events happening, could be challenging. Minimum pay but comfortable hours.

    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Tel Aviv University part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The money is Okey for a student. In most courses you have some academic freedom (I come from engineering and even there)

    Cons

There aren't much downsides because this work is not permanent and when you need to finish your degree you don't have many options.

    Advice to Management

The money could be better, specially if you care about the academic level. There aren't enough reviews on the work of lecturers and TAs and that's not good for students nor the university
