Its a dynamic fast moving organization where if you are in the right position really can make a difference. its very operational and you will make good money if you are succesfull in driving your projects.

Cons

Its a very political organization and senior managers are acting as they were some kind of gods. Very bad behaviours and with little information and understanding on whats needed to do.

Advice to Senior Management

Get some more people oriented persons in and work better with HR to develop ongoing feedback discussions and reviews so employees understands if they are performing well or not.

Pros

1. Open work environment with great colleagues.
2. Pay above average.
3. Company is moving and developing, you will not find yourself out of work or interesting projects.

1. HR has not grown to recognize Tele2 is an international firm. Still act like a local HR:
2. Company needs to be better to promote internally.

Try to align the Tele2 culture across all the countries.
Cost consciousness thinking always needs to be present. But sometimes, we save on small things only to lose on big once latter.
