Pros – When joining the company, many people were very excited (However, they may leave soon)
Flexible hours for some people
Some projects are interesting
Cons – Cross-continetal communication is hard. Many people need to have hours of meeting at evenings from Monday to Thursday. It is a waste of time and enthusiasm.
Product quality is a big concern. This is caused by disorganized structure, mis-communications, and poor management.
Some D-level managers are not competent.
Advice to Senior Management – Hire E and D level executives with a better understanding of this area. Replace incompetent managers. Have a long term for product planning and quality control.

I have been working at TeleNav
Pros – Exciting work, very good, hard working engineers who create & sustain the product
Cons – Self-promoting Executive level managment, who are unable to impose necessary discipline. Excessive work is extracted for payscales that are well below industry average. Lower level Employees get very little stock. Executive management does far better, both in terms of pay & stock
Advice to Senior Management – Please start performing and take a hard look at incompetent senior management members and ask them to leave.....if you want the company to survive. Stop giving promotions to non-performers. Engineers do understand.
