-Flexibility within position (hours, variety of tasks)
-Friendly, helpful people

-Not enough managers to lead teams well, and very few good managers.
-Communication about team goals is very poor.

You can always find workarounds but it also means when ppl ask for workarounds, you need to do them a favor

as chaotic as it can be, not all the teams are on the same page for release processes
and it changes all the time without public announcement to the whole company

It just seems odd to me and never heard other companies operate like that

The company is mid size right now and expanding fast. This means there is some chaos in management and some miscommunication occurs.
- Responsibilities are not clearly defined.
- Late Work hours, which might be a good thing for some

The technology is good and the company is a leader in the industry.

Salary is lower than the industry, stock option is worthless, Management team lacks of experience, Micro-management and disorganized, lacks the view of company's future.

Hire a good management team from CEO down to first line managers. Give some good trainings to both management team and employees.

Management team is not good. No feather opportunity to grow professionally. Work overtime a lot. No time for personal life. No respect from the management team for your long hours and hard work. Constant misscomunication

Respect hard working people, reward them. Let employees know that you care about them. Let them grow professionally and people wont leave.
