Pros
  • Very good customer service, small enough that you can get things done without a lot of red tape (in 6 reviews)

  • Out-of-state and work-from-home opptys are available, too (in 3 reviews)

Cons
  • Upper Management is terrible, the organzation is a mess, prodcuts sold do not get depolyed and commissions are not paid, this makes customers are mad (in 4 reviews)

  • Installation times, outtages, difficult time with customer service staff and not very competitive from a product standpoint (in 4 reviews)

    Draining sometimes, makes you pull your hair, makes you drink more coffee

    Advice to Management

    Pay / raise rightfully for moving forward employees! Do a thorough yearly employee evaluation.
