    Pros

    Bonuses, when you get them.

    Cons

Promotions are hard to get, and that's the only way you can get a raise.

    Advice to Management

    Raises would be nice...

    Pros

-Great environment that is relaxed. -TVs/games to play. vending options, and even catering from local restaurants. -401k plan, health, dental, vision.

    Cons

-Rarely receive feed back on your work, until you do something wrong and of course, you get in trouble for it. You are not set up for success, but rather for failure. -You switch teams... a lot! Makes you feel disconnected from the very people you see and work with everyday, and a slave to the computer screen/phone. -No raises to off set inflation or the cost of living (so, everyday that you work here, you're technically making less and less each day!!) - Benefits are not too expensive, but costs enough to where if you need the benefits, you'll be living from paycheck to paycheck (thinking about overtime to get some extra cash? New tax brackets hinder you trying to thrive as well). It feels like to me, that this job was to exploit it's workers by means of competition between peers. Throw a shiny potential promotion out there, and the workers will produce better quality work for the same great price. All in all, this is a dead-end job. Treat it that way if you do work here.

    Advice to Management

Set up your employees for success. Start here.

    Pros

Very flexible, especially with school schedules, overall nice coworkers, rewarding environment, can get bonuses every month and increase your salary if you work hard enough for it, possible to move up position-wise, breaks and lunches are pretty generous

    Cons

Computers and systems are a bit outdated they are always breaking down and having issues, not all departments and not all supervisors are equal to one another in terms of leniency, sympathy and rewards.

    Advice to Management

Invest in better, faster computers! The more your agents are struggling to login and get ready to take calls, the less money you make and the less work volume there is.

    Pros

Great company overall, They do try to keep their employees happy.

    Cons

It looks like from the pictures that there is not a lot of effort put into the Greeley Site, A lot of other pictures but, not from Greeley, would like to see some input as well from other employees that have worked in the Greeley site.

    Advice to Management

Stop thinking that everyone is bad, and start giving more praise to your agents, Plus monitor the clothing which is a disgrace at the Greeley site because no one wants to see a person wearing spandex,

    Pros

The training is paid. The bathrooms are separated for boys, and girls. Lots of parking spaces.

    Cons

To get promoted the only skill you need is to be a good BS-er. Your education, work history, including military service, means nothing to the ones interviewing you.

    Advice to Management

    Get rid of bill stoddard.

    Pros

Good working conditions, On Site management really seems to care about the people, of course the bottom line is to make money.. its a business after-all.. but I really love my job and the people I work with. I also like that they promote wellness!

    Cons

Pay. there should be incremental increases at least once a year if you are performing as or better than expected.

    Advice to Management

I think they are doing fine.

    Pros

Better than no job at all.

    Cons

Hiring process is "burn and turn" Turnover is ludicrous Management style is "carrot and stick" All stick, no carrot. Expectations and responsibilities change continuously with no additional recompense. No written employee manual. No printed pay statements No written policy and procedures. W2 is late [legal?]

    Pros

Takes very little skill to do the job

    Cons

Workplace Harassment by "Team Leaders" Incompetent Management at every level of the Call Center, Management actively hides problems from the client, Promotions based on if you "show up" for shift not ability to do job.

    Advice to Management

Upper management should visit the Greeley call center and choose people to talk to about the problems in the call center not take people "hand picked" by management to lie for them.

    Pros

Flexible schedule (to an extent) Guaranteed 40 hrs a week (if you can stand being there) Nice, renovated interior created a refreshing environment

    Cons

Trainers gave false impression of what it's like working there and being on the phones. Common mishaps with scheduling and receiving bonus or referral pay. Very little incentive. Co workers act like high school children. Too many people in one area; sickness spreads quickly during the winter. Most of the Team Leads are very unprofessional. Pay was awful for what an agent has to deal with for a minimum of 8 hours a day. Computer system issues on a weekly basis. Not enough training. Break times and bathroom times were heavily monitored by a department of rude people. Because of the large amount of people that abused break/bathroom time, honest employees had to suffer from humiliation on a daily basis.

    Advice to Management

Give agents more incentive to work hard and show up to work every day. Eliminate OSC department. They are degrading and pompous. No one likes to hear their name called out over 50 walkie talkies for going over 2 minutes on their break. Instead, try implementing a clock in/out station at agents' desks so that they don't go over on breaks. Consider revamping the training program so that agents are effectively educated on the client's policies and procedures. Many agents were taught conflicting information which hurts the customer satisfaction rates. Consider increasing the pay because $9.25/hr is horrible.
