    Great work and life balance, loved this job!

    Cons

    Was laid off! Was told would get the opportunity to get hired on after the seasonal position. They told me that's how they hire you first as a seasonal employee and then hire you on? That's not what happened and that's not what was relayed when they laid us off after the holidays. I really loved this job and the people.

    Learn a lot. Great training. And just a fun atmosphere.

    Cons

    After each contract is over there is a period of being laid off and unemployment will be drawn. but, you will always get called back to work. it just might take a week or 2....

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Please call us back to work before the month of March is over. No contract means no bills are getting paid.

    Pros

    I learned every day obstacles to apply to my career as well as my personal life. I truly feel like I belong here, the environment is comfortable and pleasing. My supervisors and coworkers are wonderful. You really have to apply yourself to this position but it is all well worth it and the outcome is the best reward.

    Cons

    The uncertainty of having a permanent status of our employment was the only downfall, but if you truly apply yourself and have a passion for this job then there are absolutely no worries.

    Possibly more thorough and hands-on learning applied during the 6 week training course but I'm sure new methods will take place next hiring season.

    Pros

    This Company has some of the best Management and Training systems around. The staff is very understanding, Patient, And reliable. Flexibility with schedules is great and on the floor support structure works very well. Plenty of opportunity to increase Hours. If You are looking for additional Work that's flexible stress-free and rewarding, this is great for supplemental income.

    Cons

    Pay rate increase increases may not be likely. A Possible the opportunity for advancement will present itself but there aren't any real drawbacks to this position.
