Good experience, but little personal improvement

Researcher (Current Employee)

I have been working at Telecom Italia as a contractor for less than a year

ProsIt's the largest telecom company in italy. My team is very nice and smart.

ConsHR do not take in consideration the real value of people.
Sometimes the process to "do something" requires a too long process, involving many departments, but it is understandable given the size and the importance of the company.
