    Stressfull work, unordered activities. It's not a multinational environment.

    Pros

    It is a very good company in Italy, but now there are no more possibilities to grow. It is completely "static".

    Cons

    A good thing is employer's care. there are a lot of services for employer's family. Health care, children's schools, children summer camps, etc.

    One of the most important TLC in the region Good opportunity to build knowledge in several area Experience on how work a big ISP (needs and processes)

    Big company, big organisational problems Management not so good Lots of internals reorganisations Salary and benefits not so good related on the employee efforts
