    Pros

Really nice benefits, there are very flexible hours só the work-life balance is truly great, the deadline were always fare and rarely was to much pressure, it's fairly easy to shift team if you are unhappy with your current, this company is truly a great international experience.

    Cons

I will complete 3 years in Telefonica, in this time my bosses don't have a clue if I exceed myself (in fact I never had a feedback at all), I don't have KPI and my manager as a clear lack o leadership, three years in a roll he had one of the worst team evaluation and the director won't do nothing. If you are expecting to work hard and get compensated by that, forget it, it only matter politics and being aligned with the right person in the company is essential, there is a trade off here, they won't put you pressure but you won't grow fast on the company as well, so be advised. By the way, every six month the company change its management structure so expects some job friction and slowliness for 2/3 months a year.

    Advice to Management

Please, start doing your job! This lack of posture combined with poor performance is a motivation killer. Stop doing politics and pursue results for god sake, and evaluate your team by them, not only, by the project you like most. Start to be responsible with the career of others, and help them to achieve success one instead of looking only for your shoes.

    Pros

Flexibility on the office hours whenever is necesary. Stable job if you don't mess it up, unlikelyhood to get fired. Culture aimed at relationships and relaxed labor demands (this is a Pro for some people but a Con for others).

    Cons

Things might change on a everyday basis, lack of direction of the overall business. Lack of an achievement culture, if you are a high performer you will be frustrated. Strong top-down culture and lack of opportunities to make new or innovative contributions to the business. New ideas are not wellcome, they are either ignored or they come become against you. A lot, but I mean a lot of corporate intertia to shift the way things are usually done.

    Advice to Management

Get more involved. Avoid on-the fly decitions and try to make them out of some rationale. Listen to the bottome line where are the ones who battle out every day the survival of the business.

    Pros

Work life balance. Working with most exciting customers in the IT industry. Great perks, pay and bonuses

    Cons

Very disorganised but a little like a startup in some ways. Sometimes projects are left to last minute and everyone panics working into the early hours but that's not very often. It's the worst internal IT environment known to mankind. Archaic policies and practices coupled with archaic technology means communication is difficult (ironically).

    Advice to Management

Employ more people and invest more into IT

    Pros

Cutting edge of mobility changing the way people work which is making a positive impact on the economy especially in the public sector.
People at lower management and below are great.
    Work life balance

    Cons

Don t drink their own champagne so although customers are given access to great technology the employees don t always get the same.
Senior management and leadership team are out of touch with employees and the marketplace.
Lack of long term planning means that knee jerk tactical decisions are in play.
