    Pros

Really good technology and a good network. Good product. Nationwide MPLS Network

    Cons

Have no idea how to market. Only purpose for their existence was to be sold. Had no intentions on being in business when Telepacific walked away from the purchase.

  3. Awesome, until the owners got greedy and sent support to El Salvador

    Pros

They had some pretty awesome people working there.. No idea if they are still around or not.

    Cons

-no raises -no bonuses -no communication with upper management -equipment used in network is subpar causing outage after outage -on-call 24/7, even on vacation -The CEO and COO need to focus on the company and stop the coitus with the El Salvadorian women; disgusting, both married and have kids.

    Advice to Management

stop being greedy, Telecommunications is a small industry and it will eventually come back and destroy your company.

    Pros

Decent training program if you are new to telecom, and there are a few decent people there.

    Cons

Awful Leadership! From CEO through the Director Level. Product is sub par and very difficult to sell while being honest. Little to no marketing, or marketing support. Be prepared to sell again their bad reputation in the bay area also. To put it in an unique prescriptive-- they are using laptops from the early 2000's and have blocked access to Facebook. - nuff said.

    Advice to Management

Improve your product, adjust your pricing and make it something someone can sell.

    Cons

Micro managers Poor training Poor corporate facilities Poor or no parking at corporate facilities very little flexibility compared to other outside sales professionals

    Advice to Management

    Better product training needed

    Pros

Comp plan was pretty good, but nobody lasts long enough to make it. Seems like everything changes week to week. Most sales people last well under a year.

    Cons

No management support, no leads, tons of cold calling, company has poor reputation, no legit reference clients, industry is really competitive.

    Advice to Management

Where would I even start. Spend some money on marketing. Improve the network so existing customers would consider giving the company a good reference.
