Pros
Great place to work for career development in sales and in the software development industry. Lots of solid people on board there.
Cons
My "quota" was focused more on setting appointments and finding opportunities to pass to the field than closing business. You have to be careful not to pigeon-hole yourself if you're trying to break into the field. Also, product sales teams that shared territories often ran into internal conflicts when pitching to the same customer.
Advice to Senior Management
Become more solution-centric and less product-centric to do away with internal politicking amongst the sales teams. Enable ISRs to carry more revenue responsibility.
Pros
Great co-workers & opportunities, ok compensation
Cons
Very engineer-oriented and tech - driven

Pros
Great people, benefits, work environment. Big office, lots of space to move and work freely. Management very respectful of employees.
Cons
Telelogic no longer exists as a company as it was acquired by IBM. Please see IBM reviews for more information.
Advice to Senior Management
Great job at the helm while it lasted, please make sure IBM shows the Telelogic employees the same respect that they were used to.
Pros
All departments are divided into small group. It's a good place to learn new skills. People are very friendly and the work conditions are relaxed which always helps. A good place to start from.
A bit hectic sometimes but also provides job satisfaction . It is a global organization with a humble attitude. People do move across. One can Learn alot of skills
Cons
Moving between departments is very difficult unless someone leaves and has to be replaced very quickly.
HR visibility is next to none.
No emphasis on career development as such.
Salaries are not up to a general standard.
Advice to Senior Management
Do not get involved between employee emotions and global policies. Policies are in place to standardize and lower the overall costs.
