Seniro management primary goal for this year was integration between the two companies. They managed to acomplish this task as promissed, however many organizational aspects were forgotten, like Data Center market share strategy.

Advice to Senior Management

i think that Telemar leadership have a good strategy for consumer market, but for SOHO, Goverment an Corporate market they lack strategy.
