    Pros

    Company provides decent benefits, career-centric growth opportunities, and a great workplace. Work environment is really friendly, and company takes its values seriously.

    Cons

    I, being a male intern, wasn't offered any transportation facility which lead to some complications as the office is located at quite some distance from where I reside. Female interns, however, do not have to worry about that as a dedicated pick-and-drop facility is available for them.

    Great and friendly environment to work with, lots of fun activities. Make you feel as a part of team. Considerable amount of time spent in employee training.

    Cons

    Starting pays are pretty less as compared to other multinational organizations. Workload is usually quite high and human resources are less.

    Pros

    Work/life balance, open environment and reasonable perks. However, the extent to which each of these characteristics are pros for this company depend on your line manager.

    Cons

    Poor HR policies in recent times which have slowed down growth and development. Further, the culture that telenor was so popular for has degraded in recent times due to loss of focus by HR. However, senior management realising this has refocused on building the culture.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Improve HR policies specifically focusing on growth and development. Talent management has to improve to provide clear career path. Due to poor focus on talent management, good talent is moving to competitor.
