Could have been a great place to work

Inbound Technical Support (Former Employee) Columbia, SC

ProsPromotions could be quick, if your work is noticeable to management.Good benefits and nice and knowledgeable management. Great employee discounts from a variety of businesses.

ConsSome people are not promoted quickly and others are not promoted at all because they are not noticed by the company. A person can work at Teleperformance USA for a few months and be promoted and there are some people who work there for years and are not promoted to higher job positions. Some employees behave as bad high school students.

Advice to Senior ManagementPay closer attention to the employees who have been there for more than one year.

    Good/Bad

Recruiting Manager (Current Employee) Columbia, SC

ProsGreat job to advance, easy money, offer OT, lots of discounts

ConsPenny pinchers, often cut hours until needed for deadlines and then want you to work extra hrs. Some members of mgmt are in wrong place and promote wrong staff, on larger note..internal mgmt doesn't care about company bc they understand senior staff in corp are just out to make a dollar.

Advice to Senior ManagementOffer better salary to retain people longer.

    a place of no discrimination

Team Lead (Former Employee) Columbia, SC

ProsTeleperformance USA in Columbia dos not discriminate on their hiring. The knowledge you get from the training and the job in general can help you when you decide to move somewhere else as the technical skills are widely sorted by companies like Verizon and time warner

Consbenefits for employees are worse than those of senior management

Advice to Senior Managementprovide better benefits...like the ones you currently get.
