Pros – one of the biggest call center on the globe...immense exposure.

Cons – not good Infrastructure,facilities not up to the mark as per international standards.

Pros – Pretty laid back kinda firm and anyone there won't have to waste time and brain in innovation, as the managers will compell you to do what they want.

Cons – Management sucks bigtime plus no room for growth as the positions get occupied by lickers.
