This job is chaotic. Most of the supervisors know what they are doing but none of them have the same Information. So policies get confusing.

    Pros

The hours are great and work around my school schedule. They also have a fun atmosphere that makes the day go by a lot faster.

    Cons

The job itself sucks. I talk to angry people oh the phone for 8 hours a day. Thats not really my cup of tea.

Also, there is no part time work available.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Teleperformance needs to make sure all of the supervisors are on the same page.

I worked at Teleperformance full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Salaries were paid more or less on time. Easy to get a position in the company. Nothing else I could mention.

    Cons

Almost everything. No bonuses, no free weekends, awful schedules, arrogant and incompetent leaders. The relocation package is a big lie, you have to stay in the most disgusting flats, and a considerable amount is deducted from your salary for this kind of accommodation. The company decides with whom you can stay. No permanent contracts are offered. All in all, almost everything was bad.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start making changes, otherwise you will remain without employees.

I have been working at Teleperformance full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Unfortunately, nothing that I've seen yet. They seem very engaged with the customer service agents but as a mid-level, salaried leader, we haven't had a face to face conversation.

    Cons

Teleperformance recently bought out the previous company I worked for (Aegis). They have a completely different pay cycle and now during Thanksgiving and Christmas we will get several checks that are only one week pay....losing a week (due to the previous company's pay cycle) and having multiple deductions come out of a single week's pay which has to last two weeks. This is so unacceptable. I am a salaried employee and it is unbelievable that they can't see past there own greed that we work hours (sometimes almost 15) over what we are paid for. I personally enjoy what I do but this really makes me take into consideration how they view me as a valued employee. I'm seriously considering accepting a position at a competing company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management should take their employees into consideration when making unilateral decisions about payroll and how it affects our personal lives. If I can't live due to these changes then now will I ever made it to work and find the emotional stability to run an effective team? Wake up Teleperformance! You got what you bought.

I have been working at Teleperformance full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Theoretically good benefits, some events organised for employees, training with a nice trainer (quite low level training materials though) and good colleagues

    Cons

Very low management strategies and almost unimaginably low work ethics. Very few of the benefits that were announced prior to the start were there in place or you had to push for absolutely anything to make it happen. Communication with HR is ridiculous - while they are supposed to be there for support they are almost impossible to reach being in a faraway building and almost never answering their e-mail. The work place policies ares yet the most ridiculous part of everything - you are monitored every second when in work and off-time allowed gives you practically no flexibility.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you want to create a professional environment where people take their tasks responsibly and thus bring a bit more quality to work you have to show more humanity, respect towards them as well as take your responsibilities much more seriously. If you aim at being an international company you need to understand the challenges that international environment entail and be willing to understand it. Have a bit more critical insight into how people are treated in this company, specially if you would like to cut down on the permanent turn-over of the people. T In the end - happy and satisfied employees who feel rewarded by the work they do will always deliver more and with more quality, which might (or by your standards might not) be reflected in your beloved numbers.

I worked at Teleperformance full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

They are always hiring year round

    Cons

Ghetto, they hired pretty much anyone. But now they actual do background checks. Low pay

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Maybe the requirements for the job should be less lenient because it seemed like all types of people we're hired. The pay should me more, you ask so much from the employees to just start at $10 and 50 cent raise every year after. I shouldnt only be making a dollar more after TWO YEARS on the job.
