    Pros

    Able to add new skills to my degree , running multiple programs at once as well as talking to the customer over the phone and looking up whatever information they need and processing a payment.

    Cons

    Having a time frame on the calls because some tax payers accused us of being the actual IRS and wanted answers we couldn't provide.

    Pros

    Fun Training, make a lot of friends. Alot of overtime opportunities. Giveaways. 3-4 day work days. Full time job. Game room available during break.

    Cons

    Management sucks... Alot of pressure for production. Opportunity for growth only if you are friends with management. Can not have your phone with you in the building.

    Really friendly office and staff. The work was easy - depending on which campaign you work on

    Low pay, late shift finishes (but cant complain because of the ease of work!!)

    Find better incentives to keep your staff motivated

    if you know how to work and have discipline and the people there like you . u might survive for a couple years .

    horrible horrible horrible. stay away before you get infected with the job that pays u just enough that you have to come back .

    Great bonus incentives, unlimited overtime, easy advancement opportunities,and relocation opportunities. Cant get any better than that.
