    Pros

well teleperformance, has a great work environment as well a lot of opportunities to grow inside the company.

    Cons

In order to grow inside the company you should get along with all the supervisor´s even if your performance was great they always gave the opportunity to a differnt person

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Teleperfomance should focus more on the employees perfomance and tenure.

    Pros

    It pays the bills.

    Cons

Favoritism at it finest by the TLs (supervisor). You're a number not a person. There's nothing positive about this company, you're treated like a child.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Follow through with raises, monitor the supervisors. Appreciate your loyal employees!

    Pros

NOTHING GOOD AT ALL TO SAY FOR A PRO -----

    Cons

Training does not provide you enough real life experience for the true job. SEVERE over-bearing rules. "clean desk" policy is ridiculous! If you want to make money, it's only IF you can make bonus - which appears to be a "trick" to do. I suspect there is salary siphoning going on by mgmt away from the employee's.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be honest with the employee's. Don't "say" it is an ATT Rule unless you can back it up. If you're going to have rules, make everyone follow them. Don't tell employee's to do something then fire them for doing it to cover upper mgmt butts. Is the ATT in house rep in on the take??????

    Pros

Excellent scope for growth. This served me well while studying. There were lots of opportunities for gaining new skills through the various training courses and options available.

    Cons

The main challenge in my time at the company were usually in the way that calls were recorded and used as evidence for quality control.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

rise fast, stay strong and don't forget to check who's behind you.
