    Pros

Nice co-workers, awesome supervisors, willing to compromise to fit your schedule. Possibility of advancement is there, but does not compare to same positions outside the company.

    Cons

Not the best situation salary and benefits wise If you are stuck "on the phones". Slow PTO advancement. Not a great start salary either.

    Advice to Management

Take care of the people at the base, they are your "soldiers" and would stay if treated well.

    Cons

I was made to feel like I could never be good enough. You were expected to be like a robot and save the world in 6 minutes.

    Pros

Fun Co workers, benefits aren't bad. Room for advancement.

    Cons

Overworked at times. Appreciation value diminishes. Room for advancement if you are "well" liked.

    Advice to Management

Stop showing favoritism.Know how to do what the people under you can do, management should know everything.

    Pros

The team as while was great and the leadership was good as well. Tried to keep the employee moral up.

    Cons

Some of the other departments were not as good as the healthcare departments. Seemed as
Though they hired off the street.

    Advice to Management

Take a look at and do some good screening for the non-healthcare departments and choose the staff wisely. Most of them are very unprofessional

    Pros

Good consistent schedule and decent healthcare.

    Cons

Terrible paid time off scheduling and management wants you to think they care when they really do not

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees a little more like human beings and they will be better workers.

    Pros

Having weekends off, that's basically it. Also my co-workers are awesome.

    Cons

Leadership team, always pick favorites to be trained in more advanced stuff and other forms of communication. Leadership talks to you like you're 5 years old.

    Advice to Management

There are other people then your favorites that can do more and better at their job then them.

    Pros

If you desperately need a job, then work here! They will hire anybody no experience needed! No brain needed either

    Cons

No management whatsoever! Nobody knows anything! A mass confusion! Management changes every few weeks

    Advice to Management

    Stop screwing with people
