    Pros

    Work stress is not very high.A person can work with best Telecom companies,as Teleysia is handling many projects of top telecom companies

    Cons

    Very Unprofessional Managers,you will never get proper response for any queries.HR Managers are just for name sake ,no use.

    Please select right people for HR and Manager positions

    3. Work Satisfaction
    4. Very Good Increment Policy : as per performance(Sometimes upto 70% on current package)
    5. Appreciation for good work

    Cons

    Out of 100% employees sitting in office, 40% only working hard and doing smart work and still rest 60% getting full salary without get fired.
