No space for anyone who wanna be a rockstar

    Officer (Former Employee) Jakarta (Indonesia)

Prosif u want to work in the company with easy going situation, balancing work & life, and most the important thing, life assurance whenever you retired, Telkom Indonesia is the best choice. you won't find a pressure like any other company here. :-D

ConsTelkom Indonesia still don't pay much attention to people development. even though the management know and understand the important of people as an asset, Telkom still didn't act wisely. Career has a tendency to become unfair, as long as you have a good relationship with ur supervisor, you will get a free ticket for promotion even your assessment result was very poor.

Advice to Senior ManagementManagement has to pay more attention to people development, especially the youngest one ' coz they will be the future leader of this company. Reward and punishment has to be strengthen.

    Riding a big ship

Human Resources Development Manager (Current Employee) Jakarta (Indonesia)

ProsIf you're looking for a stable yet systemic working environment, this is a good place to start with. Almost everything is well-organized and procedural.

ConsEvery function is divided into smaller section due to its gigantic organization. Needs a strong internal networking and / or consistency to make something run.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe more efficient but do not sacrifice the logical system.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

One of the great companies owned by Indonesian government

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Jakarta (Indonesia)

ProsAlthough it's a government owned company, the people are hardworking and friendly. The company is also less bureaucratic.

ConsNot that many to learn when I had internship. Mostly I learned about people, management, but not much technical.
