Pros – - able to work on different projects and technologies
- Friendly coworkers
Cons – -No career development
- Management has no vision
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Pros – easy work and loose schedule.
Cons – no salary raise, terrible upper management, no vision, no fairness.
Horrible green card policy, bad HR, very shitty lawyer, almost screwed up everyone... Don't count your GC on Tellabs, it's waste of your time and emotion.
Advice to Senior Management – quit

Current Employee – been working at Tellabs Operations
Pros – The Only Pro is Tellabs Reserve cash of 1 billion, Technology and Benefits are OK as every other company is offering benefits now a days.
Cons – Senior Management, Lack of vision and Road Map, Poor decision Making, not able to meet the dates.
Senior Management want to complete multiple products with single team in less time and they will not deliver any product because of this.
Advice to Senior Management – Need Vision and Patience
