Details
Pros
flexible working hours, cool and friendly coworkers, managers are nice to work with, great game room and free soda and snacks.
Cons
noisy open workspace, too many unproductive meetings to delay work pace, project documentations are not effective and too many contractors.
Advice to Senior Management
Tellme generates great products but so far ford sync seems to be one of the few things recognizable publicly, so more advertising would be great.
