    Pros

If you like a small organization without any structure, and you like to avoid accountability, this might be the place for you.

    Cons

There is no accountability, no direction, there is nepotism that doesn't allow the problems to be removed, lack of promotions from within.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop micro-managing the hard workers and eliminate the waste. Listen to the consultants you've paid to help your business and stop going against their recommendations.
