    Pros

Great, creative, interesting people to work with.

    Cons

Very low pay, always under-staffed so it's always stressful and impossible to get the time off that you need and vacation requests are frequently denied, the company finds a thousand ways to obfuscate the bonus system so that no one ever gets more than a tiny fraction (at most 50%) of what they are supposedly eligible for. Management says that they care first about their people but none of their actions support this.

If you are ever offered a job here make sure to negotiate your salary at the beginning, because they won't ever give you a raise until you've fought for it for years.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Look up and say hello when your employees walk in. Listen to employee ideas for building culture and an employee-friendly environment. Offer better salaries so that you don't constantly have people leaving.

I have been working at Ten Group

    Pros

Great people, great culture - a great place to work
Expanding rapidly across the globe, the opportunities are plentiful and growing
    Staff retention over 90%

    Cons

You must be prepared to work some weekend days
Payisn't the highest but reasonable, and people definitely get the chance to progress quickly

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

They recently opted not to do annual salary reviews but just do them when employees develop within their role and the Company. I think they should also consider annual reviews

    Pros

Great co workers from all over the world and strong sense of progress. Lots of change and innovation. Lots of examples of people who have joined and progressed. The guys running Asia, Europe And America all joined as lifestyle managers first.

    Cons

Fast moving and lots of change does not suit everyone.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The move to the new offices with air conditioning and proper facilities this year should have happened way before

I have been working at Ten Group full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Great people, the employees really make the company what it is. Average salary, however good for lower structured roles. Good opportunity to grow with in the company until next redundancy.

    Cons

The company is generally unstable with multiple redundancies a year and an unrealistic view of what working for the company is like. The working environment is horrific. Boiling in the summer, freezing in the winter. Morale is poor.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Think about your staff - be an employee for the day.
